Spinning Knife Block

I liked the idea of this spinning knife block and as the description on the vendor website states, it does certainly take the guessing out of knife selection. Also, it is a refreshing change from the conventional knife block so I really liked that it would look attractive as well interesting sitting atop a counter.
LED Under-Cabinet Light

I liked that these under cabinet lights were LED and had pivoting heads as well as an on/off dimmer switch. I can’t attest to the durability of the product, but it seems like an interesting choice for extra lighting under those cabinets. These would be a nice addition to pantry or garage shelving as well, as those areas tend to be a bit light-shallow as well. They seem slightly obtrusive, but I am supposing that it is due to the angle of the snapshot and would be more concealed in every day use.
Ginsu International Traditions 14-Piece Bakelite Cutlery Set

This is a sleek looking knife set that boasts stainless steel handles and construction as well as the inclusion of 14 pieces including 7 kitchen knives, 6 steak knives, and a hardwood block supposedly. This seems like a pretty good deal for $24.99. I’ve never tried Ginsu knives, but they seem to have a good reputation and the product has received a good user rating on amazon.com. This would probably look great on a counter top and would be a comfortable expense for a nice looking set of knives.
31-piece Rubbermaid Tupperware

It seems like one cannot have enough Tupperware storage in the kitchen. It is a need limited only by cabinet storage capacity and thus a set that provides a good number of pieces as well as organization can’t be beat. Anyway, I like this 31-piece set boasting an additional rack to stow away all these little plastic containers neatly behind some cabinet door. Even the most limited of kitchen cabinets could probably store this away with ease. Plus, the red lids lend some color in the somewhat bland world of plastic container storage all for $19.99. The containers don’t look the largest nor the most varied in size, but it seems a good fit for storing smaller food products and such.
Sango Nova Spoon Rest

I really like these spoon rests sold at amazon.com. They are $3.99 each and come in the nice colors pictured above. I believe they are part of a dish set and other ceramic ware available at both amazon.com and target.com. They are part of the Sanga Novo collection and feature these nice two-tone colors. For years, I endured the hassle of laying cooking and serving tools on a napkin or a spare dining dish, but now that I’ve discovered the convenience of spoon rests I can’t imagine culinary life without them. Who knew they could be so stylish and simultaneously affordable?
